Today I mostly work through paintings but also sculptures and 3D collage and even a bit video and sound.

After phases of working for very fixed and controlled outcomes, never-ending small details and more complicated technics in early adulthood, I now work nearly completely intuitiv. I see the next step to take, while creating the step before and have no problem to let the original vision or starting point transform completely. Although there often is a background story behind the works, which is of cause a subjective experience, but also always and example of life unfolding, I think the concrete story is not so much important to the audience, so I rather try to built a relatable connection by diving into the unconsciousness and let it translate into archetypical vibrations, which we all can experience.

Although one can find concrete figurations, symbols and interpretable forms, I see my works as a very abstract play between simple forms and colors to create different dynamics and interactions which mirror an inside world.

By mixing different styles and technics in one piece, I intend to express the different planes of existence, which are all interconnected, or sometimes show the different faces of the planes of the same vibration or dynamic in series.

Remembering back to my schooldays, where I felt that the understanding of higher complexity and depth, which always came easy to me, seamed out of reach for a lot of follow students, I try to be very including and, by simplification or translation, aim to reach my audience in a language that is more to be felt and sensed than logically understood.

Through asymmetries and consciously chosen imperfection, my work tries to tell the old paradoxical story of the souls longing for the sublime, which is never to be found in the material plane, though the seemingly imperfection, doe to creations underlying intelligence and truth is perfection, which creates the never ending thrive of change, growth destruction and reinventing, life itself.

Driven by my deep affection for philosophy, higher physics, micro and macrocosm, spirituality and mystics, my strong believe in the interconnectedness of everything, also my talent to connect to planes of existence, which some are not able to enter or would describe as not a part of reality and feeling stable enough to do so, by knowing my connection to my center point, I love to stretch and cross the borders of so called conformity or ”sanity” and deep dive into the unknown of the psyche or expand into the unlimited potential of higher planes of existence. 

Understanding the illusionary safety a lot of people feel with sticking to the always temporary conventions and societal beliefs and programmings, it was never the thing that lead us to further growth or knowledge, and the challenge of the previously mentioned is in my eyes an important work to bring more knowledge to all parts of creation we still have not understood or proven yet and all the potential that wants to come.
